Do I need to show my tour ticket?

Are there baby seats in the transportation?

Yes, all the transfers include baby seats. However, we recommend you specify the age of the baby in the tour comments and we will prepare the baby seat.

How long should I wait for my transportation at the airport?

The delay time limit is 10 minutes from the time set by our Tropicland representatives. If this time is passed please contact our service center, where we will help you to follow up on your transportation service.

How do I identify the driver or my transportation?

Our drivers dress formally and they will receive you with a sign or tablet where your name will be. So that in this way you can easily locate your driver.

If I can't find my transportation, what do I do?

If you cannot find your transportation at the airport, we recommend you contact our service center and we will help you monitor your transportation service.

How long does a transfer take from the punta Cana Airport to the hotel zone of Bávaro?

Transfers from Punta Cana International Airport to your hotel can last from 15 to 25 minutes maximum.

How can I cancel my reservation?

You must notify your Tropicland representative 24 hours before the day of the activity or transportation service. Once our representative cancels your reservation, we will send you an email certifying your cancellation.

 

If you do not request the cancellation in the established minimum time, you must present a medical certificate or a legal document that justifies your absence. In order to help you with the refund of your money.

Can I modify any information after I have made my reservation?

Yes, you must notify your Tropicland representative 24 hours before the day of the activity or transportation service. Once our representative modifies your reservation, we will send you an email that validates your request.

Can I pay on destiny?

Yes, but you must first pay a 50% advance through our platform to ensure that you will go on the tour.

Is it safe to pay through a reservation system?

Where will be the meeting point for the tours?

Once you choose the tour we will tell you where to wait. However, on most tours you must wait at your accommodation site. If you are not staying in a hotel or apartment, we recommend you specify where you are in the tour comments and we will contact you.

Can a person with a disability take tours?

What is the minimum number of people to take a tour?

That will depend on the tour, since some are individual, in pairs, large and  small groups. Nevertheless, we recommend you write in the tour comments if you want to do a tour with a special group or private.

What happens if there is bad weather on the day of my tour?

Our representatives will take care of rescheduling your tour days before your return flight. If we cannot schedule the day for that activity, we will guide you to find more options for similar activities or of your interest. If neither of the two proposals favors you, we will refund all your money.

How long should I wait for my transportation at the meeting point for my tour?

If your delay exceeds ten minutes, we recommend you contact our service center, where we will take care of communicating with your representative and give you an answer with the status of your transport in at least 5 minutes.
